For a condo or townhome, check any building requirements for visitor parking, service entry and permitted cleaning times. Send the useful details privately when Chris replies. If you are moving, share the handover checklist and when the home will be empty. For properties with restricted access, including base housing, availability depends on access being confirmed in advance. We do not assume that a cleaner can enter. A deep clean can be a better starting point for a lived-in home with overdue detail work.
