How much does a clean cost?
A 2-bedroom clean is $195, a 3-bedroom / 2-bath clean is $235, and a 4-bedroom+ clean is $295. Deep or move-out cleaning is $375, with a 3-bedroom / 2-bath baseline. Prices include Hawaiʻi GET, with no tax added. We confirm the scope and total by email before you agree to a clean.
How do I book?
Choose your service and tap “Book a clean”. Your email app opens a request to hello@mahalomops.com. Send your neighborhood, bedroom and bathroom count, and a few days that work. Chris replies to confirm the scope and time. Sending a request does not reserve a slot.
What’s included in a standard clean?
Kitchen counters, sink and appliance exteriors; bathroom showers, tubs, toilets, sinks and mirrors; reachable dusting; vacuuming, mopping and household trash. See the room-by-room checklist on our pricing page.
Is there an offer for my first clean?
$25 off your first clean. Mention it in your email so Chris can confirm the offer with your booking. The listed service prices stay the same.
What costs extra?
Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows and laundry are add-ons. Ask us about them in your email. We agree on the work and total before the clean; there are no surprise additions on arrival.
Do I need to provide supplies?
Your cleaner brings their own supplies. Tell us about allergies, preferred products and delicate surfaces when you request your clean so we can confirm what will work.
Can I be home, and what about pets?
You can stay home or make other plans once access is agreed. Tell us about pets and any rooms they need to stay in. Keep them comfortable and safely away from the work area.
Do you clean lanais and jalousie windows?
Tell us about your lanai, jalousies, screens and tracks before booking. These need their own scope; they are not automatically included in a standard interior clean. Interior window cleaning is an add-on.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back free.
Which areas do you serve?
We focus on Kailua, Oʻahu, Kāneʻohe, Lanikai, Waimānalo and Enchanted Lake. Hawaiʻi Kai and Honolulu are by request only. Send your neighborhood and access details so we can confirm availability for your home.
How do I change my request?
Reply to your booking email as soon as your plans change. Chris will confirm any new time with you. Availability and changes are handled by email.
